This is a Payroll Specialist position.
The business expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the C&B management needs of their HR Team. They are now looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of localizing and implementing strategy following a global perspective to the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a payroll specialist, you will conceive practical and creative ways to develop projects and deal with internal departments and global counterparts. Working closely with the team in Japan, you would be supporting the manager in the oversight of the company’s C&B strategy, salary benchmark, and as well as policies developing for the business in Japan.
