Job Description

Job Purpose
The UE Customer Success Engineer is a key role in contributing to the growth of business within the region, providing the essential post sales product support, training, consultancy, and implementation for “AVEVA Engineering” related applications. The job holder is accountable for delivery of professional services to customers, either internally or externally, and may be required to travel at short notice to an AVEVA office, or customer location, anywhere in the region or around the world.
Familiarity Oil & Gas, Power filed workflow’s knowledge is highly desirable.

Required Skills

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
The individual will have:
• Knowledge of plant or shipbuilding design, procurement and construction (EPC) projects are desirable. Knowledge of owner-operators or engineering contractors etc. is also useful.
• Experience in basic plant design, including process simulation, PFD/P&ID(Schematics), equipment design, instrumentation and electrical is desirable.
• Advanced Excellent problem-solving and solution proposing skills
• The ability to manage and handle multiple commitments simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical specifications and training materials.
• Ability to communicate well with customers, managers and AVEVA staff in APAC (Asia Pacific) and worldwide.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region and abroad to perform consultancy tasks.
• Experience in customising software is desirable.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

In addition, the following will be beneficial:
• Proven experience of AVEVA products or similar technologies.
• Knowledge in programming. Exposure to C# would be an advantage.
