Job Description
宿泊部門の責任者として、フロントオフィスとハウスキーピング・宿泊予約チームをリードし、
思い出に残るゲスト体験を提供し、部門の収益と利益の目標を達成することを目指します。
・チームの育成、パフォーマンスを向上させる
・収益を上げるために、顧客や取引先と良好な関係を築き、維持する
・必要に応じて、人事関連のアクションを実行する
・夜間監査昨日および日次財務報告書の作成を統括
・フロントデスクでのウォークインとアップセルによる稼働率とADRの増加計画の策定
・ホテルマーケティングプランを含む部門予算と、財務プランの作成
・ゲストがより快適に過ごせるような情報（例：ロイヤリティプログラム、地域のアトラクション、レストラン、施設情報など）を提供する
・ゲストの到着時に挨拶し、ゲストと効果的に対話する時間を確保する。
・ゲストの苦情に適切に対応し、フィードバックを求め、ゲストの満足度を継続的に向上させるような関係を構築する
・ゲスト満足度のデータ分析を行い、目標達成のために計画を立て、実行する
・マーケティング活動およびホテル全体の営業成績の改善点を特定し、他部門と連携する など
