Job Description

PrimaryResponsibility andKey Tasks

A seasoned Sales Enablement/Pre Sales analyst to support cloud Sales organization:

  • Work closely with sales to identify solution areas and create sales enablement documents (pitches & proposals) Solutioning, identifying win themes, value propositions to create effective sales presentations.
  • Create pitch decks, with strong sales narratives, for cloud services across multiple industry verticals.
  • Understand the client brief, and provide insightful sales presentations  through industry research and analysis.
  • Manage bid response creation to support sales.
  • Run sales kick-off calls with Sales organization and stakeholders to create bid traceability matrix, collaborate with the identified bid team for timely response delivery.
  • Develop deep-rooted knowledge of and expertise in the vertical and cloud solutions.
  • Conduct industry research (BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Technology etc.)
  • Mentoring new analysts with research requests, establishing processes to bring them to scale.

Professional Qualifications & Skills

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bilingual – Japanese (Native or N1 level), English (above business level)
  • Base in Kanto region in Japan.
  • A BA degree required with a graduate or an MBA (preferred) with 2-4  years of experience in a Pre-sales/sales enablement role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Resource with market research, enterprise sales, solution background is highly preferred.
  • Experience in solutioning, identifying win themes, value propositions to create  effective sales presentations Experience in story boarding and managing bid responses (decks &/or RFX responses).
  • Experience working on &/or leading proposals.
  • Excellent presentation skills – PowerPoint or Google Slides.

 

The individual is expected to demonstrate:

  • Experience creating pitch decks for cloud services across multiple industry verticals is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cloud products is highly desired.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills – PowerPoint and Google Slides (Workspace) experience.
  • Should be able to work under general supervision, with limited review of work needed.
  • Analytical and inquisitive mindset, with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
