■ Business policy:
This year is the third year for the SAP Division, and we are positioning it as a year of rapid progress. Utilizing the skills and PJ experience cultivated over the past two years, we are aiming for 140% growth compared to last year, centered on the following 4 services.

■ Recruitment background:
In the SAP industry, the shortage of consultants and engineers has become conspicuous since last year due to the super-seller market. For that reason, we are also focusing on training self-propelled consultants and engineers. We are looking for engineers who want to build a career in this area even if they have no SAP experience.

■Business description: 
・Side By Side development in SAP BTP
・SAP Fiori, UI5, CAP, low code development

■Project examples:
・SAP S/4HANA new implementation project
・SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project

SAP S/4HANAの新技術やBTP, Fioriの技術をベースにした提案から設計構築、運用まで、顧客のプロジェクトに応じて幅広く業務経験を積んでいただきます。

■必須条件
・アプリケーションのシステム設計/開発経験：2年以上
・HTML、CSS、JavaScriptに関する理解
・レスポンシブサイトのコーディング経験
・Sassを利用したCSS開発・実装経験
・React, Vue.js, Angularなどのライブラリやフレームワークを使用した開発経験
・コミュニケーション（一定のレベルでお客様との会話が可能）
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（JLPT N2相当）

■尚可スキル
・業務系システム経験
・SAP以外のERPシステム導入経験
・gitを使った開発経験
・保守性・拡張性の高いCSS設計経験
・node.jsなどのサーバーサイド開発経験
・Webアクセシビリティに関しての知識
・自らサービスのUIを考え設計した経験
・英語（読み ＞ 書き ＞ 話す）

■Required skills: 
・At least 2 years of experience in application system design/development
・Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
・Experience in coding responsive websites
・Experience in CSS development and implementation using Sass
・Experience in development using libraries and frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.
・Communication (able to talk to clients at a certain level)
 ・Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)

■Preferred Skills
・Experience with business systems
・Experience in implementing ERP systems other than SAP
・Experience in development using git
・Experience in CSS design with high maintainability and scalability
・Experience in server side development such as node.js
・Knowledge of web accessibility
・Experience in designing UI for services by oneself
・English (reading > writing > speaking)
