◆具体的には

• 顧客がどのような組織の在り方となりたいのか、どのような働き方を実現したいのかというニーズヒアリングと全体デザイン
• 全体デザインに基づいた最適なソリューションの選定と改善提案
• クラウド環境への移行
• プロジェクトマネジメント、ベンダーマネジメント
• グローバルチームやビジネスサイドなど他チームとの連携

IT Infrastructure Consultant

In response to the rapid changes to the new normal era in society these days, the digital transformation of working styles at client companies has become one of the most important factors in corporate management.
In the position of IT infrastructure consultant (promotion of work style reform), we provide optimal solutions to the needs of digital transformation of work styles from clients in such social changes.

◆ Specifically

• Hearing needs about what kind of organization the customer wants to be and what kind of work style he wants to realize ・ Overall design
• Selection and improvement proposal of the optimum solution based on the overall design
• Cloud environment Transition to
• Project management, vendor management
• Collaboration with other teams such as global teams and business side

■必須

• インフラ案件での3年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント／リーダーのご経験
• クライアントに面するところでの運用、導入、改善提案、もしくはプレセールス経験
• 法人向けクラウドサービス、仮想化、モバイル、ネットワーク、セキュリティ、コミュニケーションツール（テレフォニー、チャット・Web会議）において、2つ以上の領域での知見
• 積極的に最新技術を活用したトランスフォーメーションを推進・提案できる方

■尚可

• コンサルティングファームでの経験
• マルチナショナル環境での案件での経験
• ITILに基づく運用知識
• 5G、ioT、AIなどを活用したプラットフォームの構築、または導入
• 国内複数キャリアサービスの知識

■言語

• 日本語　ネイティブレベル
• 英語　ビジネスレベルがあれば望ましい※Manager以上は必須

 ■ Required

• More than 3 years of project management / leader experience in infrastructure projects 
• Operation, introduction, improvement proposals or pre-sales experience in the area facing clients
• Cloud services for corporations, virtualization, mobile, network, security
• Those who can actively promote and propose transformations that utilize the latest technology in communication tools (telephony, chat, web conferencing) in two or more areas

■ Qualification is preferred

• Experience at consulting firms
• Multinational Experience in projects in the environment
• Operational knowledge based on ITIL
• Construction or introduction of platforms utilizing 5G, ioT, AI, etc.
• Knowledge of domestic multiple carrier services

■ Language

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level is desirable (Manager rank or above is required)
