To ensure the stable operation of asset management-related affairs, with a focus on NAV calculation for domestic investment trusts.
Domestic investment trust accounting and monitoring (setting and cancellation, market value confirmation, NAV distribution), cash management, fund orders, exchange orders, audit-related matters, processing of financial results, processing of distributions, regular reporting, handling of accounting enquiries, troubleshooting, contract processing operations, new setting/redemption.
Includes administrative tasks related to foreign investment trusts investing in domestic mutual funds.

Operations, monitoring and other customer management related to investment trusts.

-In charge of overall domestic investment trust management operations, including daily, monthly, annual and settlement processing, including cash management order processing, and monitoring of outsourced operations.
-Accurately respond to enquiries regarding investment trust accounting/exceptions/account management.
-Responding to enquiries from sales and investment departments.
Other client service duties, including internal coordination (including overseas) on client requests.

＜業務目的＞

国内投資信託の基準価額計算を中心に資産運用関連事務の安定的な運営を行うこと。
国内投資信託の計理業務やモニタリング（設定解約、時価確認、基準価額配信）、資金繰り、ファンド発注、為替発注、監査関連、決算処理、分配金処理、定例報告、計理の問い合わせ対応、トラブルシューティング、約定処理業務、新規設定/償還。
国内投資信託で投資する外国籍投信関連の管理業務を含む。

＜業務内容＞
投資信託に関するオペレーション、モニタリング、その他顧客管理等
●国内投資信託管理業務全般の担当として資金繰り発注業務を含む日次、月次、年次、決算処理等について行うとともに事務アウトソース先のモニタリングを行う
●投信計理/例外事項/口座管理に関する問い合わせに正確に対応する
●営業部門、運用部門からの問い合わせに対応する
●その他、顧客の依頼に関する社内調整（海外を含む）等のクライアント・サービス業務

-Requirements-.
Experience in domestic investment trust accounting at an asset management company (at least 3 years) with experience in both foreign investment trusts and direct overseas investment.
Communication skills (able to explain investment trust accounting appropriately with relevant departments both internally and externally, and to feed back information obtained to the team as appropriate).
Planning, scheduling, negotiation and execution skills for new business development or business/office improvement.
Team player, able to make certain decisions, report and discuss (share information with supervisor/colleagues as appropriate).

Experience in middle office operations (cash management and related foreign exchange, fund orders).
Ability to process paperwork quickly and accurately.
Language level (Japanese: advanced, English: intermediate (mainly email))
Knowledge and experience in dealing with enquiries on special issues and complex transactions
Troubleshooting: knowledge and experience of investigating and dealing with the impact of errors and other problems.
Knowledge of trends and regulations in the investment trust industry.
