歯科・矯正治療の新標準であるDental Monitoring（DM）は精力的、高いパフォーマンスを発揮する矯正・歯科治療界を進歩させたい営業部長を募集しています。
DMはグローバルスタンダードを邁進しているスタートアップであり、AIソリューションの新しいバーチャルスイートを世界中の歯科・矯正歯科診療所に新たな患者の治療方法を提供しています。私たちは歯科医療のための完全なエンドツーエンドの人工知能プラットフォームとなることを目指しています。
DMは実力がある、優秀な営業部長を募集しています。
役割と責任：
・DM製品群の技術とその応用性を理解する
・顧客ニーズを把握して、DMのメリットを矯正・歯科医院に説明する
・歯科医へ製品のデモンストレーションを行い、DMの価値提案を効果的に説明する
・カバレッジプランを作成し、AEチームとDSOチームを監督する
・DMのベストプラクティスが採用されるようISPに製品サービスを提供する
・営業目標を達成し、DMの導入を拡大する
・見込み客や既存客を訪問するため、担当地域内での出張が多い
・国内・海外展示会に参加する
・情報セキュリティについて責任を持つ

Required Skills
必須資格：
・矯正・歯科医院機能の理解
・医療機器、製薬、B2Bソフトウェア業界における営業経験も考慮
・理想営業経験5年以上10年未満
・ビジネス分野、学士号（または類似の学位）
・日本語ネイティブ（または日本語能力試験N1）、英語の読・書・話
・前職で営業目標を達成または超過達成した実績がある
・高度なIT知識（デンタルスキャナーの経験があれば尚可）。 デジタルアプリ・製品の使用経験がある方は優遇
・複雑な技術的・臨床的情報を理解して説明する能力
・Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint、CRMシステムの使い方
・自律性、結果志向、予算管理能力
給与：1200万円～2000万円
