Mazars Japan
Mazars Japan is a Tokyo-based provider of auditing, tax, accounting and advisory services with a difference.
Mazars has been established in Japan for over 25 years and has a particular niche servicing foreign companies in Japan, as well as increasingly assisting Japanese companies both in Japan and also with their expansion overseas. Mazars is now an alternative choice of high quality international CPA firms in Japan.
On one hand, Mazars is able to service its large international clients with assurance and dedicated tax services. On the other hand, Mazars is an important provider of a one stop outsourcing services, helping companies establish their businesses at the beginning and then helping them improve their performance over a longer time span.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for effective planning, execution and completion of such projects, including coordination with client, target company / business, advisors, and various team members (including oversea group offices)
• Coaching and supervising team members, providing on-the-job training, allocating work, and reviewing their output (reports, etc.)
• Prepare reports in English and/or Japanese for delivery / reporting to client
• Presenting the report to the client in live or web meetings and conference calls
• Manage the schedule / timeline and communication with client and target to ensure deadlines and expectations of all parties are met
• Communicating and reporting to the Project Manager and/or Partner on the status of projects, major issues encountered, or findings made on the DD, etc.

・プランニング/エクセキューション/コンプリーション（クライアント、ターゲットカンパニー/ビジネス、アドバイザー、海外グループオフィス含めたチームメンバーとの調整を含む）
・メンバーの指導と監督、OJT実施、業務の割り振り、メンバーの制作物（レポートなど）のレビュー
・クライアントへ提出するレポート作成（日本語・英語）
・クライアントにレポートをプレゼンテーション（対面/ウェブ会議/電話会議）
・クライアントやターゲットカンパニーとのスケジュール/タイムライン/コミュニケーション管理
・プロジェクトマネージャーやパートナーへ報告/相談（プロジェクトの進捗/トラブル発生/デューデリジェンスにおける調査結果など）

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Experience providing financial advisory services with an Advisory firm or an industry firm

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
CPA preferred but not required

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Business level English and Japanese
