DX Sales Specialist (DXセールススペシャリスト)

Job Description



  • Work closely with the Japanese government to promote Digital Transformation (DX).
  • Spearhead and drive cloud adaptation in addition to maintaining cloud development of the government.
  • Work with the sales staff responsible for procurement of jurisdiction of the government (Digital Agency).
  • Liasion with business partners involved with Digital Transformation (DX) promotion projects which are currently being promoted by the government (Digital Agency).
  • Spearhead business development for DX-related government projects.
  • Work closely with other teams 

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 6 years
Career Level Executive
Minimum English Level Fluent
Minimum Japanese Level Native
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills


  •  Strong understanding of the Japanese Public sector (national and local government) which includes, regulations, Digital Transformation trends, etc
  •  Must have worked in a high-touch sales role in the IT industry (8+ years).
  •  Must have sales experience selling to the Japanese public sector (5+ years)
  • Native-level Japanese, fluent English


  •  Experience and relationships within the public sector (customers, experts, vendors etc)
