Senior Technical Product Manager

Job scope:

1. Responsible for Atome business development, product planning and implementation

2. Support clients/merchants cooperation, daily follow-ups; dig the pain points of overseas clients and consumers; discuss about the implementation schemes, and finish user manuals or other documents write-ups.

3. Explore general requirements, conduct business and channel development, and lead the establishment of basic system capabilities including but not limited to APIs,SDKs, Plugin, etc.

4. Work closely with development team, promote and coordinate product development progress, control project quality, and follow up the end-to-end process, from early research, development, testing, iteration to launch.

5. Finish In-depth study of overseas consumers' patterns, regular analysis of Atome own product lines, competitors as well as the market dynamics, and formulate product optimisation plans.

Requirements:

1. At least 3~5 years working experience in technology industry, prior product management experience and one of the following is preferred: Banking, payment and Fintech products.

2. Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent.

3. Strong product design skills, good understanding of industry business model and regulatory policies

4. Proficient in Axure, Visio, X-Mind, Sketch and other product design tools

5. Well-versed in English (both spoken and writing) and Japanese (spoken) to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders in respective markets.

6. Overseas study and working experience will be advantageous

7. Familiar with the Southeast Asian market, understanding overseas local user habits is a plus
