IT Business Analyst/製薬会社におけるITアナリスト

The objective of this position is to design and oversee successful implementation of the technical side of Takeda Japan's products and services mainly in the commercial area. This is achieved by understanding the requirements and proposing a combination of data and digital "building blocks" that best suit the requirement. When suitable capabilities are not available internally the person in this position will help evaluate and procure new capabilities. The main activities of this role include (but are not limited to):

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

• Understanding the current enterprise, IT and Data architecture at Takeda Japan, including its strength and limitations.

• Understand business processes, discover areas for improvements.

• Design new solutions starting from small use cases to large scale projects so that they fit appropriately within the current architecture and capabilities.

• Provide supervision and guidance to technical teams who are implementing or maintaining the designed solutions.

• Solve problems and increase the capability of the organization via technological solutions.

• Collaborate and build a network with a wide array of stakeholders including global IT teams (Architecture, Application Maintenance, Core technology etc.) and local business stakeholders and external partners.

• Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed .

• Maintain documentation showing the current and future state of architecture and solution design within owned scope.

Requirements

• Bi-Lingual (Japanese/English) (due to negotiation required with Global teams strong English skills are required)
• Relevant educational background (Science or Engineering degree preferred. Masters is a plus)

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  (Pharmaceutical, Consulting or other relevant industry is preferred)

• Highly preferred understanding of Japan Pharma Sales Marketing domain systems and data and why they are required to run the business.
  (Experience in Veeva, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Informatica (PC/IICS), Oracle, Workday, Master Data Management, Website technology, Google Analytics is a plus)

• Understanding of systems architecture, data modeling, ETL, data bases, software engineering and cloud services (official certificates and experience are a plus)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to propose original solutions within existing constraints and leadership to follow through

• Ability to work as a member of an agile team (experience in agile methodology is a plus)

勤務時間：本社（大阪市中央区・東京都中央区）9:00～17:30 、工場（山口県光市・大阪市淀川区）8:00～16:45 、研究所（神奈川県藤沢市）9:00～17:45

休日：土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など（年間123日程度）

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
