Job Description

JAC Recritment RPO team is searching for a Team member to join one of our global company RPO clients onsite.
As a Recruiting Team , you will contribute to  growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our clients.
The Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project deliverables.
A key objective of the role is to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained and achieved.

Onsite Talent Acquisition Consultant:

  • Providing end-to-end recruitment support together with  a team of dedicated sourcing staff to mirror the role and responsibilities of an in-house recruitment consultant
  • Taking over day to day, end-to-end recruitment activities for all permanent vacancies
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders by actively managing Hiring Managers and providing neutral management of vendors on a daily basis
  • Identifying, selecting, and contacting vendors to source qualified candidates
  • Focusing on filling key vacancies within pre-determined timeframes 
  • You will be responsible for Evaluating the sourcing channels to find new talent routes and building recruiting pipelines to match current and future business momentum
  • Providing weekly vacancy management progress updates
  • Exploring suitable job boards and social media to use as sourcing channels
  • Driving Direct Sourcing through our Japan Sourcing Centre (JSC) to ensure added dedicated sourcing for current and future positions  
  • Key Outputs/Deliverables: 
  • Delivering a professional, high quality and cost effective service to the internal client 
  • Responding to Hiring Managers regarding queries about the recruitment process 
  • Working with Hiring Managers to define recruitment requirements and agree recruitment plans and sourcing strategies 
  • Maintaining vacancies on internal recruitment tool 
  • Sourcing the profiles from the job sites/ networking/LinkedIn etc. 
  • Carry out screening of candidates as required 
  • Creating shortlists of candidates for Hiring Managers to progress to interview stage 
  • Arranging interviews with candidates 
  • Manage candidate care throughout the process including overseeing issue of offer letter

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Fluent (Amount Used: English usage about 50%)
Minimum Japanese Level Fluent
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Who are you?

  • Currently working agency-side but with a desire to focus on one client and gain valuable experience by working in-house
  • A keen interest in HR and in improving the recruitment process
  • A recruiter with a strong customer-service focus 
     

Desired Experience:

  • End to end recruitment experience from vacancy approval to on-boarding
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of best sourcing channels and most effective routes for cost effective hiring
  • Up to date working knowledge of recruitment legislation and how it impacts the recruitment process
  • Short listing and telephone interviewing experience
  • Ability to create job specifications and attractive adverts
  • Previous experience in recruitment role. Preferably in-house or agency.

Salary Bonuses Bonuses paid on top of indicated salary.
