JOB PURPOSE
To manage the sales, operations and staff development of the stores in the assigned area to achieve maximum sales and profitability. The Retail Manager demonstrates ownership for his or her area by developing plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, communicating with Store Managers effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to company policies and ensure excellent customer service
- Lead new store opening and closing projects
- Work closely with Store Managers to develop plans to achieve sales and productivity goals
- Personnel management for assigned stores (hiring, transfers, etc.)
- Understand the current situation at the stores and communicate cross functionally
- Improving the service level for the stores by collaborating with Training team
