Job Description
◆コンサルタント候補として入社すると、これまで培った経験を活かしつつ、チームコンサルティングのもと、同時並行でプロジェクトのアシスタントとして参画し、コンサルティングスキルを高めていきます。
◆研究会やセミナーのサポート・スタッフ業務にも従事します。
研究会とは、全国の優秀な企業を巡り、ビジネスモデルや組織機能戦略の実例を現場で学ぶスタイルの合同視察型の経営研究会です。セミナーとは、人材育成プログラムを全国各地にて展開してるものです。
各種研修会・セミナーの研究会の企画・運営をはじめ、研究会・セミナーの提供価値を理解いただくためのソリューション活動を行います。これらの経験を通じて、コンサルティングの理解を深め、プロフェッショナルなコンサルタントを目指します。
現場ヒアリングやアンケート調査、ディスカッションやプレゼンテーション、レポーティング等、実務は多岐に渡ります。
◆同社にはコンサルタントを育成するノウハウがありますので、未経験でもご心配はいりません。
