Job Description
◆同社コンサルティングスタイルは、複数のコンサルタントが同時にプロジェクトに関与し、事業戦略／収益改革／組織デザイン／経営システムなど、複数の課題テーマごとにチームを編成して、同時並行でプロジェクトを進める「チームコンサルティング」です。
◆研究会やセミナーのサポート・スタッフ業務にも従事します。
研究会とは、全国の優秀な企業を巡り、ビジネスモデルや組織機能戦略の実例を現場で学ぶスタイルの合同視察型の経営研究会です。セミナーとは、人材育成プログラムを全国各地にて展開してるものです。
各種研修会・セミナーの研究会の企画・運営をはじめ、研究会・セミナーの提供価値を理解いただくためのソリューション活動を行います。これらの経験を通じて、コンサルティングの理解を深め、プロフェッショナルなコンサルタントを目指します。
現場ヒアリングやアンケート調査、ディスカッションやプレゼンテーション、レポーティング等、実務は多岐に渡ります。
◆新卒からコンサルタントを育成するノウハウがありますので、未経験でもご心配はいりません。まずは得意分野を活かしたコンサルティングを覚え、徐々に他の知識経験を身に着けていただき、最終的には総合コンサルタントを目指していただきます。
