Job Description

<主な業務>

  • Management of Customer service team
  • Communication with company branches and customers in Japan and overseas.
  • Business implementation
  • Company system entry
  • Customer visit with/without sales person such as for KPI meeting
  • Attending visitor and customers
  • New product creation
  • Site visit (ex. Airport terminal, customer’s site and etc.)
  • Team reform and improvement in general
  • Reporting

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Business Level (Amount Used: English usage about 25%)
Minimum Japanese Level Native
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills of Japanese / English (Business)  
  • Good presentation skills (for internal/external)
  • PC skills (Excel / Word / Power Point)
  • High Reporting ability
  • More than 3 years manager or leader experience in air freight forwarding
  • Basic knowledge of ocean freight and logistics preferred
  • Work experience in foreign countries preferred

Salary Bonuses Bonuses included in indicated salary.
Work Hours 9:00-18:00 (休憩1時間)
