As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating work at the field site and providing quality service to the customer.

• Involving in sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities.

• Providing the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used.

• Coordinating and leading the activities of service operators.

• Coordinating the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.

応募要件・資格:

• 高校卒　以上
• 未経験者歓迎
• 普通自動車免許
• 回転機械、制御機器、計装機器或いはエンジニアリング会社等での実務経験のある方歓迎
• 国内電力会社、石油、石油化学、鉄鋼業界経験者歓迎
• ＰＣ操作及びマイクロソフト各種ソフトウェア他デジタルツール順応力
• 当事者意識と責任意識を有すること
• 優先順位を適切に判断する状況把握力と、それを計画的に処理できる実行力
• 複雑なものをシンプルに考えられる思考力と、それを回りに伝えられる説明力

その他：

• 国内外出張あり
• 入社後、刈羽工場（新潟）で勤務（１～3年間）。　その後は四日市、広島、東京にて勤務。

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent educational level

• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment is a plus

• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Be a self-starter, willing to take on responsibility and able to make decisions and innovate solutions
