・Draft, negotiate and review a variety of agreements, in particular in relation to live events, licensing, copyright, contractors NDAs, and agencies.

・Management and ownership of all Japanese－language precedent templates and documents

・Provide advice on a range of matters, including intellectual property, commercial and contract law

・Management of documents and information on internal systems

・Near－native Japanese

・English fluency （verbal ＆ written）

・LL.B., Juris Doctor, or equivalent from a Japanese university or a university in a common law country （better to have, not necessarily ）

・Japan bar admission or admission in a common law country and a thorough understanding of Japanese law

・Good drafting and negotiating skills
