Primary Objectives Are: This role will contribute to building future ready organization by bringing in the best executive talents to JAC Group, both for Japan HQ and overseas branches


・Build a strong pipeline of experienced candidates, and source candidates directly for key positions to quickly meet the needs of the business

・Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for manager and above level positions for Japan HQ and overseas branches

・Influence leaders on effective hiring practices through building relationships and establishing trust

・Manage internal applicant tracking system to reflect accurate applicant pool, candidate status and metrics, ensuring effective and efficient hiring practices

・Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Business Level (Amount Used: English usage about 25%)
Minimum Japanese Level Business Level
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills


・3 years of full cycle agency recruiting experience or sales experience
・Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage an efficient talent acquisition process
・Global recruiting experience, especially within the Asia Pacific region, is preferred
・Sense of urgency, strength in KPI driven environment
・Passion for direct sourcing and building long term trusted relationships
・Strong communication and coordination skills
・High integrity and collaboration mind-set
・Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese (required)

Work Conditions

Job Type Permanent Full-time
Salary 5 million yen ~ 7 million yen
Salary Bonuses Bonuses paid on top of indicated salary.
Work Hours 所定勤務時間9:30~17:30(休憩1時間含む実働7時間)
Holidays 年間休日124日、有給休暇初年度10日(7か月目~)、完全週休二日制(土・日曜)、祝日、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇
