【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

This role will support and collaborate with the data team and work with L1/L2 members providing 
maintenance, enhancement support and add value to compliance and security. 

You will undergo 3-12 months on-the-job paid training to learn skills in Database engineering/administration. With thorough training, you will be able to improve your skills to L2-L3 in the next 2 years of your career.

Responsibilities include:

* Assistance and daily check of User Assistance Testing, troubleshooting, Monitoring, Backup and Recovery architecture planning.
* Support application release and validate scripts to avoid production troubles.
* Improve document management and update documentation for team.
* Create and/or improve automation scripts to improve efficiency

Requirements:

* Basic knowledge in IT

* Business-level Japanese OR Business-level Chinese (for example: Chinese speaker with business Japanese, Chinese speaker with no Japanese, Japanese speaker only, Japanese speaker with some English, etc)

* 1-2+ years experiences in either:

  • Oracle DB
  • MySQL DB
  • PostgreSQL DB
  • OS Admin
  • Storage Engineering

Nice to have:
* Oracle Certified Professional (Oracle Master Gold) or Oracle Certified Professional MySQL
* Database Administrator or Postgresql related certified or Redhat related certified license.
* Good English proficiency (both written and spoken)
