Position Summary

Business App / Enterprise Integration Manager to develop and implement enterprise software integration strategy, system performance evaluation, and process design / re-design, and to enable relevant technologies for Japan considering commercial, supply chain operations.

The person considers all issues in an integrated way to align the company strategy with process improvement projects in order to achieve excellent performance.

This ranges from assistance with using our medical device software, complex software engineering analysis and integration of enterprise software / business applications.

The person should be familiar with several areas of healthcare industry and be able to intelligently assess specific problems encountered in the field and determine an appropriate path to resolution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Lead a cross functional program teams in the execution of priority business initiatives. Work closely with multiple business functions at all levels of the organization.
  • Establish program charters at launch; facilitate workshops with stakeholders and third parties to elicit requirements and align objectives;develop and maintain the integrated plan; operate the accountability matrix within program governance structure; monitor progress and course correct as needed through completion of the program.
  • Manage stakeholders for timely decisions, escalations and assistance
  • Primary point of contact for any program status or updates, including escalation of any emerging risks or issues
  • Lead the team through problem resolution including root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Track critical path activities, with contingency plans and workarounds as needed to maintain program on plan
  • Lead the team to prepare for phase gate reviews and go / no-go decisions required by executive leadership
  • Define program resource needs, negotiate program resourcing plans and track resource usage over the course of the program
  • Train program participants in their roles, how to follow the agreed program methodology and to participate in program governance
  • Perform other program related duties and assignments as required

Required Skills

Qualifications

  • At least 5-10 years of experiences in integrating enterprise software / business application in healthcare industry. Experiences in medical device is preferred.
  • Project management skill.
  • ERP / CRM development experiences (Preferred)
  • Business level Japanese and Business level English
