Job Description

The role is the standalone FP&A member of the Finance Team. You will be a highly skilled analyst looking to use your developed skills to take over the standard reporting and analysis and to further develop analysis that benefits the business. It will require a mix of financial knowledge, people skills, communication and influence. 

The role will cover

- Standard reporting

- Analysis of financials to report to the Japan management team

- Conducting varied ad-hoc projects that englighten, increase profit of highlight cost

The role will not suit someone who is looking for a routine job. The company has a dynamic and startup style business structure.

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Business Level (Amount Used: English usage about 25%)
Minimum Japanese Level Native
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of financial and how they affect the business

- Communication skills to build partner relationships with business units

- Ability to influence management teams 

- Understanding of Accounting 

- Dynamic and challenging character
