Job Description
◼ Coordination with Japanese Customers/Vendors/Carriers/Schenker Overseas/agents.
◼ Ship documentation & system input for our own Tango as well as our client system, if
requested (including Issuing BLs and Billing and Booking of Vouchers)
◼ Expedite and check Shipping Plan prepared by Shipping Companies
◼ Booking on suitable vessel or flight comply with client target/requests.
◼ Monitoring and Controlling shipping status report for client
◼ Attending Pre-shipment/discharging Meeting, if any
◼ Loading/Discharging attendance at Port or Delivery Site, if any
◼ Follow up various spot business inquiries/operations from customers and overseas
offices/agents
◼ Supporting Temp Staff in the customer office
