Job Description


Helpdesk staff will be responsible for responding to inquiries from users, handling service tickets, managing lend out equipment, business card request management, visitor badge management.
Responsibility includes vendor management such as cleaning, planting, and deverage and other vendors wich prvides Facility related service.


Client & User relations

  • Ticket, Phone, E-mail inquiries/requests
  • Providing service at concierge desk
  • Lend out equipment: Office equipment, building security/elevator card, parking pass
  • Facility web page update. Create & release internal announcement

Vendor Management

Service quality, service schedule, cost management/negotiation, contract conclusion, invoice management.
Vendor includes Janitorial, Planting, Beverage, Business card, Cafeteria, Snack box, and other Facility related services.

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Daily Conversation
Minimum Japanese Level Native
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Qualifications

Be familiar with the Scope of Work (SOW) and assist Reporting Manager in the delivery of

  • Client Satisfiaction
  • Uninterruoted site operation
  • Continuously improving services

Basic Qualifications

  • Understand client's culture and deep dive
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonalm written, verbal, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Words, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
  • Japanese-Native level, English TOEIC 600 or above
  • Self-mitivated, proactive, detail-oriented and a team player
  • Coordinate with other JLL team, vendors and other function

  • Willing to make decisions
  • Willing to explore and motivated to achieve goals
  • Flexible to environment, rule changes
