• 人事関連業務、企画
• 評価制度・報酬制度等、成果と評価に関する制度の構築・運用等
• 労務管理や勤怠管理、給与支払
• 入退社関連事務
• 採用業務、面接日程調整

VECTOR Group consists of Vector Rick Management KK (Japan) and Vector Risk Management Co., Ltd (Korea), both full-service security and risk management firms based in central Tokyo and Seoul respectively. The Group also covers security and risk management work in Hong Kong, China, and other major Asian cities.

It is a fully incorporated and licensed security services and investigations firm, which rebranded and became an independent entiry from the SOA Group, one of Asia'a largest privatry held business intelligence and due diligence service providers.

The firm is headquartered in Holland Hills Mori Tower in the Kamiyacho / Toranomon business district.

勤務時間・曜日:

Typical weekdays, 0930~1800 (due to Covid-19, timing may change to 1000~1830 or other times accordingly), 1hour lunch (work hours are adjustable if required).
May be required to work on weekends / holidays (leave in lieu provided)

その他事項

• Proven experience as a bilingual professional in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Native Japanese language proficiency and minimum TOEIC 750
• Proficeincy in Excel and MS Office
• Good planning, excellent interpersonal skills and time management
• University graduate with at least 3years working in a professional environment, preferably a multination firm.
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, independent, self-motivated, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Positive, efficient and practical approach
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professional work ethic, no office
