YOUR ROLE

• Provide Technical support/services in new and/or current equipment introduction to Sales Team, Distributors, and Customers
• Work closely with Sales Team and Customers to close projects and find new applications of products for our customers
• Conduct Laboratory/Product testing for Customers and Support in Equipment Field and Installation
• Recommend appropriate products according to Customer's requirements
• Conduct technology training and product knowledge support to Customers

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry related/ Mechanical Engineering 
• Experience in customer care having demonstrated a commitment to customer loyalty, engagement, and retention
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively respond to customer's requests
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• High aptitude in Sales and Marketing strategies is preferable

役割

●セールスチーム、ディストリビューター、および顧客への新規/または現在の機器の紹介で技術サポート/サービスを提供する

●セールスチームと顧客と一緒にポロジェクトを組み、顧客向けの製品の新しいアプリケーションを見つける

●顧客向けのラボ顧客向けのラボ/製品テストを実施し、機器のフィールドと設置をサポートします

●お客様への技術トレーニングと製品知識サポートの実施

スキル

●化学工学または化学関連/機械工学の学士号

●カスタマーケアの経験、顧客の忠誠心、エンゲージメント、維持への取り組み

●マルチタスクを実行し、プレッシャーの下で効果的に実行する能力

●優れた英語力（書きとコミュニケーション）

●セールスおよびマーケティング戦略の高い適性が望ましい

●JLPT N1, N2 or Native level
