Company Description

THE AGENCY
EXECUTIVE SEARCH BROKERAGE

2016. The heart of Tokyo. A veteran recruiter with a passion for freedom and empowering others had an idea that would change the executive search world forever. The naysayers were legion and loud, but the noise he made in the industry was louder still, and soon the best in breed were answering his call. They started a revolution.

Our community.

We’d like to begin with a word to our esteemed clients and candidates.

If you think most recruitment agencies do the same things the same way, you’re right. They all make identical claims about credibility, knowledge and relationships, so how do you know you’re getting the best possible service?

To answer, we offer a piece of wisdom from entrepreneurial wizard Sir Richard Branson: “If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients.” Excellent service comes from a happy crew, and here at The Agency we don’t just subscribe to that idea. We own it.

We empower our people by providing them with the freedom and incentives to be completely present in all they do. To focus exclusively on you.

So why work with an agency when you can work with The Agency?
