Job Description

It is an IT technical support business that quickly responds to inquiries by chat, email or telephone regarding troubles such as cloud applications and hardware of the world's largest search engine service provider.

* It is Tier 3 Level in terms of support level. (Currently, I work 100% from home.)
We do not specifically develop products, but internal tool development using APIs will occur.

Business that provides solutions to support request emails from corporate customers, investigates the causes, raises multiple possible causes, and solves problems.
Those who have a high image power and can work as a team with a sense of speed are able to play an active role.
We also develop internal tools, APIs, and Dashboards.
Various KPI analysis and reporting operations such as monthly inquiry tendency, response time, customer satisfaction, etc.
