Job Description
• 金融機関でのPM、またはPMO経験が10年以上
• 特にプロジェクトコストの予実管理の経験を重視
• 日英バイリンガル
• 日本語がNativeが望ましい
• 多方面の社員とコミュニケーションを図り契約、支払いに関する情報を収集して一元的に予実管理を行う管理がスムーズに行えるプロセスの構築を含みます。
• プロジェクト概要：新規契約管理システムの導入と代理店への新商品ローンチ
• 進捗管理や課題管理だけでなく、もしかしたら各種計画書作成や要件定義まで含むか否か：計画書作成はある可能性がありますが、要件定義の作成自体はありません。
• 対象となる管理領域のシステム、規模など：フロントからバックエンドまで商品の販売、保全に必要なシステム全て
• チーム体制：プログラムマネージャー配下ITでは複数名のSMEが参画しています。プログラムマネージャーへレポートします

Required Skills
Qualification requirements
- Experience as a project manager or PMO for 10 to 15 years at large to middle size System Development projects
- Have appropriate knowledge on SDLC (system development life cycle)
- Experienced in project budget and cost management
- Insurance and/or financial services industries
- Knowledge of basic project concept and composition, risk management, quality control etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, understands what it takes to deliver software with exposure to large-scale systems
- Those who are self-starter and value Team work
