As a Customer Service Manager for Digital Solutions business, you are to demonstrate accountability to functional business and company objectives. Integrating and developing processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas, involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in development and leading the execution of the Bently Nevada Services growth strategy, financials and operational excellence
  • Being responsible for building a long-term relationships with specific customers within the region and support all O&M operational processes
  • Collaborating with sales leaders to ensures appropriate sales coverage and opportunities to achieve services orders goal for the region
  • Providing the operational leadership needs to achieve profitable service growth
  • Being responsible for overall business management duties for assigned Field Service Engineers
  • Ensuring customer service excellence for assigned customers to accomplish effective support of region customer service objectives

Required Skills

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Have at least 5 years' experience in Field Services for either Oil & gas, Power or renewable Energy
  • Have least 3 years of experience in a management role in Industrial Equipment or Vibration technology
  • Be willing and able to travel within assigned region
  • Have good business acumen, commercial savvy with good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Be a good communicator and be fluency in English & Japanese is required
  • Have ability to manage effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
