Resources Global Professionals Japan K.K.

HR Project Management Consultant - 1074895

Company Description

Our Company --Consulting. From inside out.

Resources Global Professionals (RGP) was founded in 1996 within a Big Four Accounting firm. In April of 1999, our CEO led a management buyout, and we went public in December of 2000. While our leaders are proud of our Big Four heritage, they had long envisioned a new kind of professional services firm.

Traditional consulting takes an “outside in” approach to helping business evaluating best practices, making recommendations and leaving implementation to clients. RGP pioneered an "inside out" approach, where consultants could work in partnership with leaders and their teams to transfer knowledge, build operational capability and drive change through all levels of the enterprise. Business leaders have been receptive to this way of working. Today, we service over 1,900 clients with more than 4,000 employees in over 70 offices in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The Tokyo office opened in 2004.

RGP is more than a professional services firm; it's a global community drawn from a wide range of business disciplines, including Human Capital, Finance and Accounting, Legal, Internal Audit, Supply Chain and Information Management. Working inside business, as part of clients' teams, our seasoned professionals pool capabilities to help solve problems, implement initiatives and explore new ways to drive change.

Our professionals are experienced problem solvers with an average 20-year's business experience. We hire and reward people with talent, integrity, enthusiasm and loyalty - the attributes required for making our unique business model a success.

Working with RGP gives you freedom, flexibility, variety and control over your career and work / life balance. Explore this section and hear from our people to learn about the rewards of being part of our professional community.
