Job Description
Responsibilities
- Consult and coordinate with engineering teams to translate various types of internal and external technical documents from both Japanese to English and English to Japanese language.
- Coordinate with the engineering group to understand document context and subject matter for accurate translation output.
- Ensure technical terms and terminology remain accurate/consistent throughout translations.
- Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check quality of translation.
- Carry out Japanese to English/English to Japanese interpretation during internal and external meetings.
- Providing interpretations of documents, meeting material, meeting, and other forms of verbal communication.
- Providing parties with clear and exact interpretations of verbal communication.

- Proficiency in Google Drive
- Desirable Skills
- Experience working with engineers in the aerospace industry
- Practical knowledge of project management
