Job Description




Responsible for recruiting fixed-term employees such as part-time workers, contract employees, and temporary employees who work at the company's own call center or office center. We will collect information on the job change market and make use of our know-how and ideas to make and execute a recruitment plan. Since the division of labor involves the hiring work, a different person in charge handles various tasks such as application acceptance and interview setting. We would like you to focus on planning and marketing operations.

[Specific work content]
◇ Definition of recruitment requirements
└ The recruitment requirements are set according to the needs (number of recruits and timing) that the recruiting department requires.
◇ devising a method of adoption.
└ Selection of recruitment advertisement, approach to recruiting agency, devising other recruiting methods
◇ Formulation of recruitment process flow
└ Recruitment with the person in charge of operations and recruitment activities from recruitment to entry
Establish a business flow so that you can proceed smoothly.
(In most cases, the stylized flow is finely modified.)
◇ Aggregation / analysis / report of recruitment status
└We will analyze each KPI during recruitment activities and take additional measures depending on the situation.
└ Status report to the recruiting department and consultation on future operations.
◇ Other work incidental to recruitment
└ Responding to applicants, holding company briefing sessions, internal adjustments, and other work related to recruitment

* Since the person in charge of the recruitment department conducts the interview, there is almost no interview or interview work.
* Multiple hiring projects will proceed concurrently. We will decide the project to be in charge based on your experience. It is also possible to start from a single project.
* After getting used to the work, I would like to entrust you with new planning, work progress management, and member management.

Required Skills

■ Three years or more of experience in any of the following
・ Experience in hiring hundreds to thousands of people a year
・ Staff recruitment and coordinator at a temporary staffing company
・ Sales of recruitment media and process control of manuscript production
・ Sales agency project management

* Many hiring plans are managed at the same time, so multitasking capability is essential.
* Because it involves the recruitment of 5,000 people per year, it is essential to be suitable for mass recruitment
* Those who can use the experience and knowledge cultivated so far.
The experience is about 1 to 2 years and those who are new graduates will not match.
