仕事内容

クライアント企業の事業課題をデジタルで解決する事をミッションに、コンサルティングを行って頂きます。
デジタルマーケティングの戦略策定・企画提案・実行推進（PDCA）・プロジェクトマネジメントをお任せ致します。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・デジタルトランスフォーメーションを軸にした戦略策定
・戦略に基づいた各プラットフォームのグランドデザイン
・カスタマージャーニーマップ設計／マーケティングプロセス設計
・各施策におけるプロジェクトマネジメント
・各種KPI設計、PDCAマネジメント

Job description

The Digital Marketing Consultant will be engaged in consulting based on our mission of solving the clients’ business challenges using our digital strength. The scope of this position includes strategy formulation, project proposal, execution and promotion(PDCA) and project management of digital marketing. 

【Responsibilities】

・Strategy formulation focusing on digital transformation
・Grade design of each platform based on the strategy
・Design of customer journey map/marketing process
・Project management of each scheme
・Planning of a variety of KPIs and PDCA management

応募資格

【必須】

※下記いずれかの経験をお持ちの方

・デジタルエージェンシーでの実務経験3年以上
・コンサルティングファーム（デジタル領域）での実務経験3年以上
・自社プロダクトにおけるマーケティング責任者／事業責任者

【歓迎】

・グローバル案件、世界動向に関する興味、経験のある方
・デジタルマーケティングについてトレンドをキャッチされている方
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・アクセス解析、広告運用最適化経験
・MA、DMP、BI、CRM等の提案、導入経験

Qualifications

【Essential Requirements】

※You must have at least one experience from the list below

・3+ years of work experience at digital agencies
・3+ years of work experience at consulting firm(in the digital area)
・Marketing officer/operational manager

【Preferable Requirements】

・Interest or experience in global project or the world trend
・Those who catch up with the trend of digital marketing
・Project management experience
・Experiences with traffic analysis or optimization of advertising operation
・Experience proposing or implementing MA, DMP, BI or CRM, etc.
