- グループ全体の特許／実用新案／意匠／商標の出願手続き・拒絶対応
- グループ全体の特許／実用新案／意匠／商標の期限管理・予算策定
- 知的財産分析をベースとした知的財産戦略の立案・実行
- 他社知的財産権のウォッチングおよび対応策（侵害回避・異議申立等）の立案・実行
- 知的財産研修の実施
- 上記1～5以外の知的財産関連業務（著作権／/不正競争防止法に関連する業務も含む）
部門ミッション
- 法務・コンプライアンスの具体的案件の解決
- グローバル法務・コンプライアンス体制の構築
- グループ全体の知的財産の管理
チーム・ミッション
- グループ知的財産の権利化・管理
- グループ知的財産戦略の立案・実行

- FA部品等の製造業、一般家電・IT等の電機メーカー、またはEコマース業界における特許の権利化業務（出願・拒絶対応等）の経験
- クレームドラフティングのご経験がある方
- 社内外とのコミュニケーション力、調整力
- PCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
歓迎要件
- 弁理士または知的財産管理技能1級（特許専門業務）相当の知的財産法知識
- 英語を使用した実務経験（e-mail、電話、TV会議、資料作成等／TOEIC700点相当以上）
- 外国特許の実務経験
- 知的財産権のライセンス交渉や訴訟対応の経験
- 意匠または商標の実務経験
- FA部品等生産設備向け又は商工業向け一般部品に関する幅広い製品知識
