依頼者の方々があって初めて成り立つのが法律事務所です。クライアントの皆様が新たな案件に取り組むとき、何らかの課題に直面されたとき、最初にコンタクトしていただける弁護士となり、事務所となること、これを目標に、国内そして海外に合計11拠点で、総勢530名以上の弁護士と660名を超えるスタッフが力を結集し、不断の成長を目指しています。

当事務所には、秘書、パラリーガル、翻訳など、弁護士のクライアントワークを直接サポートする部署の他、IT担当、図書、広報、総務、経理など、所内の弁護士や各部署のスタッフの業務が円滑に行われるよう支える部署があります。それぞれの業務に積極的に取り組む中で、お互いに協力し合いながら、自分の専門性を活かして活躍している職場です。

A law firm only exists thanks to its clients. Our goal is to be the first firm that clients contact when working on new projects or faced with challenging issues. We aim to achieve constant growth by bringing together more than 530 lawyers and 660 staff members at 11 locations in Japan and overseas.

Staff members such as secretaries, paralegals, and translators provide direct support to the client work of our lawyers, while staff members in departments such as IT, library, public relations, general affairs, and accounting support the smooth operations of the firm as a whole. This is a workplace where everyone can utilize and develop their own expertise by actively engaging in their own work while also cooperating with each other.

Successful candidates will work in the Tokyo district of Marunouchi, the financial hub of the Japanese economy.
