As a member of the Pasona Group, our DX Technology Division is developing engineering business centered on the IT domain, including AI, RPA, infrastructure, application development, system development and Metaverse, based on our corporate philosophy of "Providing Solutions to Society's Problems".

In recent years, in addition to promoting DX to " the harnessing the potential of the individual" and utilizing technology to improve operational efficiency, we have been working on the development of our own services as well as co-creation with our clients and the Pasona Group.

From projects that "support what has been taken for granted" in people's lives to projects that "create what will be taken for granted" in people's future. We will create, change, and promote new businesses, organizations, and cultures through technology. To achieve this, we first pursue our own potential and challenge ourselves. We provide a system and services that support everyone involved.
