Participants Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your seat after registering for any reason, please notify us by email. When we receive your email, we will process the cancellation and your seat will be officially cancelled (if we receive your email on a weekend or public holiday, we will process your cancellation on the following business day). Please see cancellation conditions in table below.

If you would like to cancel your seat after transferring the participation fee for any reason, please notify us by email or FAX with the bank account information(Account holder’s name in Katakana / Bank Name and Branch name / Account number / Account type(Ordinary account or Checking account)). When we receive your email or FAX, we will process the cancellation and your seat will be officially cancelled (if we receive your email or FAX on a weekend or public holiday, we will process your cancellation on the following business day. Please see cancellation conditions in table below. *Note: All bank transfer fees will be deducted from the participation fee refunded.
