DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

Abercrombie & Fitch

At Abercrombie & Fitch, we believe that diversity is who you are as an individual, what is seen and unseen.

OUR DEFINITION

  • DIVERSITY is about who we are as individuals-what is seen and unseen
  • INCLUSION is about enabling those differences to equally contribute.

OUR COMMITMENT

At Abercrombie & Fitch we are committed to increasing and leveraging the diversity of our associates and management across the organization.  We support those differences through a culture of inclusion so that we understand our customers, make the most of our talents and represent the communities in which we do business.

OUR STRATEGY

Abercrombie & Fitch

Just as Abercrombie & Fitch is often thought of a great place to shop, it is also great place to work.

Diversity and Inclusion are fundamental values of how we operate.  In addition to hiring the best talent, the diversity of perspectives, ideas and cultures lead to the creation of the best product and in store customer experience.

The diversity of our associates and partners is the foundation for us to better serve our diverse customers and stakeholders worldwide.  Our strategy is focused on a diverse work environment that reflects the community and our valuable customers.  We look to various organizations to help source and identify diverse talent.

PHILANTHROPY

Abercrombie & Fitch

At Abercrombie & Fitch, we support our employees and the charitable causes that affect them and their families.

We reach out to these local and national philanthropies in order to make a difference in the communities in which we do business.

One event important to us is the A&F Challenge.  It is an annual event that takes place on our New Albany Ohio campus.  Open to the public, participants can register to complete in either a 5K Run or 20-mile Bike tour-or just come for the party!  Each year A&F strives to make the event bigger and better by significantly increasing attendance and continuing to provide generous contributions to selected charities.  With an average attendance of 2,500 people and 100 percent of entry fees being donated to charitable organizations on a national scope, as well as benefiting local community programs and scholarships, this year will be no exception.
