GIFTERS is a new specialist global recruitment service which is part of the NeoCareer Group. NeoCareer Group was established in 2000 and has offices in 11 major cities in seven Asian countries, additionally, it has 76 established offices throughout Japan. 

GIFTERS has a strong focus on middle to executive level positions, and its name means 'gift givers', as we believe that all people have 'gifted' talents.
