◎フォワーダー経験必須 仕事内容： メーカーをはじめとした企業の運送手段に対して、コンサルティング業務を行います。お客様からニーズのヒアリングやサービスの良さをアピールし、最善のプランを提案します。 ◆サービスプロバイダーとして航空輸送・海上輸送・国内輸送・倉庫等の総合的な物流サービスを提供。 ◆顧客は外資系企業が中心で、取り扱いは主に化粧品・医薬品・自動車・精密機器など。 入社後は、東京本社にて2週間程度トレーニングを行います。その後、大阪にて営業活動開始となります。

■クロスボーダーM&Aにおけるアドバイザリー業務に携わって頂きます。 ・買収・売却戦略立案 ・スポンサー候補先 ・買収候補先の発掘及び候補先会社との交渉 ・売買契約書締結のサポート ・事後サポート等
