Seeking a talented and energetic individual as a Recruiting Coordinator to support  wide range of Recruiting activities such as interview/meeting setup, data entry/management, event coordinating/support, correspondence to candidates/agencies, and other recruiting support. Recruiting Coordinator should have flexibility, multi-tasking skills, and customer-centric & service minded-personality.

Location is in Osaka.

スキル・資格

1. Multi-tasking skills to handle wide range of Recruiting activities with fast pace

2. IT literacy such as Microsoft software and PeopleSoft

3. Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to forge strong relationships with employees, candidates and external resources, at all levels of the organization.

4. Strong team member: expected to be effective supporter to HR team

5. Excellent communication skills: gently handle candidates and internal customers

6. Flexibility – ability to adapt changeable & growing work environment

7. Fluent Japanese & Business English

Preferred Qualifications

1. Education: University Degree/Jr. college

2. More than 1 year of HR and GA assistant experience

Individual HR staff experience is plus
