募集要項

グローバルに展開中の国内ＩＴ系企業の北京オフィスにて法務責任者を募集しております。
・当社中国法人における法務責任者として、現地の法務業務（契約審査、法律相談等）を担当していただきます。
・職務実施に当たっては、各種リーガル・ルールに基づき、中国法人責任者、開発部門、日本本社等とのコミュニケーションを通じて、効率的かつ円滑な案件処理を行うことが求められます。

A rapidly expanding Japanese IT company is looking for legal officer for their Beijing office in China.

- The person will act as a legal head for the local affiliate and deal with day-to-day legal matters (contracts review, legal consultation, etc.)
- The position is expected to handle legal matters effectively and smoothly based on various legal rules and by communicating with local manager, development department and Japan headquarter.  

スキル・資格

・企業法務（契約書レビュー）業務の経験が10年以上。
・ゲーム会社その他エンタテインメント系の企業経験があれば、尚可。
・中国弁護士（律師）資格必要。
・特許、著作権等に関し、発明発掘、コンテンツチェック等でIPチーム、スタジオ開発チーム・中国現地Developerとの間で、リエゾン的機能を果たせる方。
・日本語または英語 （どちらかビジネスレベル。両方できれば尚可）

- More than 10 years corporate/in-house legal experience (including contracts review)
- Work experience at a gaming company or other entertainment company is a plus
- China Bar admission is a must
- Able to function as a liaison between IP team, studio development team and local developers for inventions discovery and contents check relating to patent and copyright issues
- Business level Japanese or English (Fluency in both languages desirable)
