About Resume Contacts

The Resume Contacts section lists all resume contact emails (also called Scout Mails) you have sent to candidates. You are able to review the email sent and the candidate’s response and if the candidates resume is still public you can also check that. You can quickly find specific resume contacts by clicking the “Search Resume Contacts” button located next to the “Help” button.

How to Navigate

To view a candidates resume details, please click on their resume ID or name.

To view the communication history between you and the candidate, please click on the name of your consultant in the “Contacted By” column.

In the “Response” column, “Read” will mean you have received a response from the candidate you contacted. To read the message, simply click on “Read”.

To delete communication history from a candidate in the list, click in the check box on the left side of the “Resume ID” column and then click on the "Delete" button. You can "Check" multiple boxes to remove more than one contacted candidate at a time.
