全世界で有名な飲料業界の外資系企業がセールスレップ（問屋担当）の人材を募集しております。 勤務地：東京2名で募集の他、大阪で1名、名古屋は在宅勤務にて1名募集しております。 職務内容 ①顧客管理：  適正価格、配荷、投資効率を考え、顧客（問屋）プラン作成・実施（このプランには取引条件や納価設定、チャネル別目標などを含む）  社内の協力を得ながら、収容な顧客（問屋）と年次/四半期にビジネスミーティングの実施  主要な顧客（問屋）の実績を下記の３点から分析 - 販売数ベースにおける顧客実績 - 伸長率及び収益性の分析 - セールスプロモーション/ヴィジビリティ効果の分析  クーラー・POP設置や顧客との契約などの経費の承認された予算内での管理  取引先からビジネスサポートや信頼を獲得するためにバイヤーやキーパーソンとの関係の構築、維持  店頭展開を確実なものとし、飲料業界でベンチマーク的サプライヤーとなれるような活動  顧客（問屋）用に設定する販売数及び、配荷目標を達成 ②情報管理：  タイムリー且つ正確なビジネス情報を直属の上司（キーアカウントマネジャー）へ報告 ③POP 管理：  ブランド認知を最大化する適切なPOPの提案、開発  店頭における継続的または一時的なヴィジビリティスペースの確保  ブランドの配荷、露出、アクティビティのチェック  より理解を深め付加価値をもたらす機会を逃さぬよう定期的なマーケットリサーチ  ブランドチームと協働し、問題の解決・改善への取り組み

Supporting Brand Management Advertising，Promoting，Planning and Developing company’s brands and products Developing new markets to help increase sales revenue Photoshop、Illustrator skills will be a plus 製品のブランドマネジメントを行う。 各ブランド（製品）の広告、宣伝、商品企画、開発、販路開拓支援を行う。 新規販路の企画、開発と商品企画を行う。 新ブランドや新製品の企画、立上げを行う。

Duties: To ensure all required areas are stocked during service times and rotated as required. To ensure a high standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene. To assist, as directed wtih all aspects of the preparation and presentation of food. To assist at special functions and banquets. To provide a high level of customer care and service when delivering and serving internal and external hospitality. To serve alcohole and adhere to all statutory regulations. To assist at service time and promote a customer friendly atmosphere. To handle cash, operate tills and record sales information as required on a daily basis. To report all customers complaints or compliments and take action, where necessary. To report immedicately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate or possible. Requirements: Must have excellent communication skills in English and Japanese. Several years experience in overall Food and Beverage operation is preferable.

Responsibilities: - Secure a menu that will appeal to different tastes and will attract visitors to return to the store repeatedly. - Create and implement marketing plan to proactively drive sales. - Comply with Japan legislation and company policy for quality, food safety and environmental rules. - Monitor closely competition, offers and prices, the local food market. - Develop P&L forecast - Manage suppliers of kitchen equipment, external suppliers and service providers. - Develop long term and annual plans for the food areas in stores. - Lead team to understand how their specific roles contribute to the overall vision of the team, the store and the company. - Manage food imports - Create a training strategy for workers and managers
