Experience: 
-3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience of commercial facilities or food &amp; beverage / retail stores. 
-In-depth knowledge of buildings,facilities and equipments, such as air-conditioning, refrigeration cases, etc.
-Schedule and budget management abilities, in efficiently handling multiple tasks while considering overall balance.
-Negotiation skills and problem resolution skills, in communicating with internal/external members.
-Intermediate business English preferable.
