- Build and maintain a network of KOLs amongst Hospitals, Universities and Clinics - Ensure that relationships with designated distributors are optimal - Develop, lead and execute effective marketing strategies based on market research that ensure maximum growth and market share of the company’s offerings - Effectively formulate launch and relaunch strategies for existing products - Plan budgets, create promotional materials and organize symposiums

【主な職務内容】　 ・医師、医院スタッフや代理店関係者に対し、機器の使用法について説明・指導する ・導入時の説明のセッションを現在当企業が承認を受けている治療ガイドラインを 　使って行う。（ 「Quick Start Training Guide” のプレゼンテーションを行う。） ・機器の有効性の確認及びモニタリングをするため、効果的なフォローアップ研修を 　実施し、研修を通じて医師やスタッフの治療に対する理解・認識を高める。 ・エリアにおけるニーズに合わせ、対内外問わず、営業効果を高める為の顧客向け 　マーケティング活動を行う。（患者向け冊子、患者診察時のプレゼンテーション、 　ダイレクトメールによるキャンペーンやセミナーの案内やウェブサイトの更新 等） ・競合品や業界の動向を常に把握する 【上記以外の職務内容】　 ・業務の60-75%は、現場への訪問、患者向けセミナー、展示会、説明会、催し物などで、 　外勤（出張含む）となる。 ・高い倫理観を持ち、誠実さ、またプロフェッショナリズムを常に意識し業務を遂行する。 ・エリア営業部長との連絡を密にし、エリア内での事象について迅速に対応できる体制を 　とる

General Summary: This managerial role is based in Japan and provides regional management to assigned staff members in the Clinical organization. Through collaboration with clinical core team members, ensures clinical programs are carried out to a standard consistent with regulatory, corporate and clinical policies and procedures. Influence the development of policies and procedures across functions. Contributes to and adheres to Clinical department budget. Develops and executes Clinical staffing plan. Facilitates the appropriate resourcing of projects, programs, and staff training and development. Make sure the clinical deliverables are of the highest standards. Interfaces with other departments, senior Clinical management, medical directors, senior functional management, and acts as their representative with CRO’s.
