<Responsibilities> -File server/mail server application (Window/Exchange), account management, domestic WAN management, virus protection, desktop service (help desk service), asset management, etc. -Vender correspondence -Department budget management -IT member hiring and training -Pick up local needs and escalate to the proper department/person -Quality management of desktop and vender services and quality improvement

1. Negotiate, develop, and manage project objectives, scope, budget, and schedule to achieve workable business solutions. 2. Identify project or sub-project deliverables and detailed tasks that need to be completed, resources required, responsibilities, inter-dependencies, and schedule. 3. Negotiate with the management of internal divisions and external vendors to obtain project members considering the suitability and skill sets for the roles and responsibilities, and manage human resources effectively. 4. Accurately and clearly report the ongoing project status and issues on a timely basis to IT management, Project Sponsor, Project Control Group, Project Steering Committee, and team members 5. In conjunction with business sponsor and IT management, manage project changes to endure the achievement of project objectives with the constraints of an approved project budget and schedule. 6. Manage a key development outsourcing vendor to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables to acceptable levels of quality.
