One of the top financial information vender is looking for experienced Quality Assurance. You will be responsible for providing processes and procedures to ensure that products meet all specifications before release to the public. You will manage resources and monitor projects in Tokyo to ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle, report any deviations, and guide corrective actions required to ensure quality. You will be leading the team member of 4-5. The QA Manager is also responsible for working closely with other parts of the organization to ensure that testing is representative of how our customers use our products.

Job specifications: ・ Experience in any industry 2-5 years ideal. ・ Establish and maintain relationships with major financial firms in order to gain current and future hiring and business needs ・ Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills ・ Perform searches for qualified candidates according to job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls and candidate/client referrals ・ Screen and refer applicants on facilities, operations, benefits and job or career opportunities in organizations, providing career planning where necessary ・ Arrange candidate/client interviews and manage timing coordination as necessary ・ Interest in the Finance industry is a plus

You will be responsible in developing, enhancing and implementing development projects for various departments and users within the firm (including Treasury, Controllers, Equity Finance Trading Desk, Credit/Risk Management, etc.). Throughout the various projects, this role will require interaction with global development teams not only in Tokyo but also in New York, London, Hong Kong.
